Scope of Work

The Scope of Work includes the following tasks to be performed by New Once Again:
• New Once Again shall include the designated Facilities/Areas for power washing including using backpack blowers and disposal of trash and debris.
• Determining the appropriate water pressure, temperature and cleaning method for different surfaces.
• Placing necessary barriers to contain and direct run-off water, plugging and/or placing filters at storm drains, and collecting and discharging wastewater in compliance with Environment laws, EPA, Clean Water Act, and with local, state and federal regulations.
• Implementing traffic control during set up, power washing and cleanup operations.
• Pressure washing the designated areas.
• Cleaning up the designated Facilities/Areas and miscellaneous sites after power washing is complete, and removing all tools, equipment and debris associated with the power washing operation.
• Materials/supplies meet or exceed the standard in the industry for improvement for the services to be performed and conform with respect to the specifications.
• All work shall be performed and completed in a thorough, workmanlike manner and in accordance with the latest proven practices of the trade by thoroughly skilled and experienced workmen.
• Spectrum Cleaners are not liable for any alterations, damage or deviations from the above specifications involving extra costs and can only be executed by immediate notification and written orders.
• Work Hours: Work must be scheduled and coordinated by client to ensure minimal interruption to any operations. Work hours may include evenings, nights, early mornings and weekends.
